IGNITE
K-12th Grade
There is a place for your kids Wednesday evenings! You’ll find IGNITE is an easy place to belong and meet lifelong friends!

IGNITE is held Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30pm and is open to K-12 grade students. We offer a fun mix of activities that include Bible-based lessons, interactive games, and creative workshops tailored to each age group. We explore our faith while having a great, fun time in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere!
Nursery
Infant - 5yrs
Having a nursery provides a fun environment for kids to have fun while their parents worship during the Sunday services.

Our Nursery is staffed by our coordinator, Michelle Hess. She watches and interacts with the kids during both Sunday services. All volunteers working with our kids have their clearances.
WayKids
K-5th Grades
Offered only during our Contemporary Service on Sundays, this program offers our younger children an opportunity to be with friends.

Our WayKids room is staffed by our coordinator, Sonja Eckert. Following the kids message at the beginning of the Contemporary Service, elementary age kids have the opportunity to go with their friends to enjoy interactive lessons, music, games, and other fun activities. All volunteers working with our kids have their clearances.
WayYouth
6th-12th Grades
Even the older teens will find a place here. This program is only offered during the Contemporary Service on Sundays.

Our older student group is led by Rachel Holsey. She provides time for a Bible lesson and fellowship to discuss how to be a responsible Christian in today's society. All volunteers working with our kids have their clearances.
VBS

Saturdays have never been better at Wayside with a Bible Study and Gathering! Come and enjoy book discussions and fellowship!

Come join us on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10am. Bring your lunch and stay for the discussion and fellowship! Drinks and dessert are provided. Our 2024-2025 Bible Study discussions will focus on the book Let Justice Roll Down. You can purchase it online or in our church office for $5. Contact Joy Ray for more information.

Through the summer months when things get slow, Wayside keeps it going with discussion and fellowship.
