KidzWorship during both services.

Kidz Sunday Worship

KidzWorship is the place during the worship service that our children who are not in the nursery can gather with an adult shepherd. At the first service it is located in the front row (right side) of the sanctuary. At the second service it is located in the far left "corner" of the atrium next to the library shelves. Look for the KidzWorship banner to find us!

The September 8 lesson for the KidWorship was based on making choices…

Sometimes we have to choose between playing soccer or practicing piano. Sometimes we have to choose between doing our homework and playing with friends. Sometimes we have to choose between going to worship and playing football. We all face important decisions in life. The most important decision we face is whether we will follow Jesus or not. Perhaps you might say, "Oh, that is an easy decision. Of course I will follow Jesus," but Jesus warned that it isn't always easy to follow him. He said that we should sit down and count the cost. Will we choose to follow him if it means giving up friends who are making bad choices? Will we choose to follow him if it means moving to a far away place and leaving our family behind? Will we choose to follow him if it means we will never live in a big house or drive a fancy car?

What choices will we need to make this week? What will be put first?

The link below shows the lesson that was used on Sunday with our KidzWorship kids. There are also activity links and pages that you can consider using at home to reinforce the lesson for this week. There is also an important issue to talk about as families... what choices will you make as a family? What will you prioritize? What will come first? Scripture teaches that God comes first. Choose care-fully.
